Roger Kazanowski – a Businessman with a Heart of Gold

August 26th, 2011

The world is blessed with people who have enriched the industries they worked in as well as the people, communities and charities that have been recipients of their philanthropic generosities. One such soul is Roger Kazanowski, a business philanthropist who sits in a number of corporate boards and has started several companies over his 30 years of experience in several businesses.  But all throughout, he has not forgotten to help people, organizations and charities in need.

As successful as his many businesses he has touched, Roger Kazanowski made a dent in the lives of people in many places where his generosity in the world of arts, culture, education and charities has made a profound presence. He has donated significantly in many youth developmental initiatives such as helping develop the inner city gangs of Detroit with contributions in the city’s Mosaic Youth Theater.  He has made donations to help students of the OMNI Mission School in Ndola, Zambia, as well as the soup kitchens and missions of the Capuchin Monastery in places like Africa, Central and South America.  He has also made contributions to the Society of St. Vincent De Paul.

Admittedly, it helps to be a successful entrepreneur to attain financial independence to fund his charities and generous predisposition.  He currently sits in the boards of Wavefront Technology Solutions, Inc, an oil and gas extraction company known for its PowerWave secondary oil recovery solutions, the Triant Technologies, Inc, a leader in advanced fault detection systems for the semiconductor industries, and the Public Broadcast Services, Inc, a non-profit company that develops educational, fund raising, technology development and public interest TV programming.  But it all started 30 years ago when Roger Kazanowski was an automotive designer for Ford Motor. He then resigned to found his own companies, starting with Cambridge Products that supported the product lines of FTD Florists, Anheuser Busch, and Miller Brewing. Then he founded Business Television Video Systems which offered an integrated audio/video system for large hotel and restaurant chains and retail companies. It was these early experiences that armed him to excel in his latter ventures.

Advantages of Merchant Funding

August 19th, 2011

Merchant Funding is a new phenomenon, now a growing industry for many, it was once unknown. Borrowers who have been borrowing money through banks and facing such high interest rates can now turn towards Merchants who are authorized to give money upon some principles. They are not, however, and should not be, considered as Lenders. Although they do give money they do not lend it in the same manner as Bank Loaners do owing to a difference in position name and stature. These Merchant Funding Providers give money to small businesses and companies that need money straight up and can pay over the negotiated time period. There are many advantages as to why entrepreneurs are second guessing bank loans and appreciating Merchant Funding.

First of all, the procedure is not weeks long. Swift easy cash movement is commenced once the application has been received and criteria has been and can be met. Bank Loans ask for innumerable documents to be presented alongside the application. Merchant Funding Providers ask for documents but they are negligible compared to bank loans.

Secondly Merchant Funding Providers have succeeded in obtaining the approval of mass businesses why—because it’s all in their favor. Merchant Funding Providers are not picky as to what and who they choose; they generously give because the return procedure is also as easy and clean without confusion and palaver being raised.  Therefore the businessmen tend to take a liking to Merchant Funding rather than Bank Loans.

Thirdly, Merchant Funding Providers do not believe in miscellaneous and surplus charges. Most often than not, bank will charge you for the  application/registration fees as well as considering closing costs all of which are an added burden with respect to the payment agreement. Merchant Funding Providers give money up front and take back up front. If the deadline has not been met, you pay what you can the remainder is added to next month’s payment. Banks usually have a fixed amount which if not paid can result in extra charges being added as a sort of penalty. Charges can also be lowered when and if your business and/or company are running poorly. The Merchant Funding Providers are, therefore, more flexible and meet their customers halfway when they depend on them.

In respect each type of Merchant Funding can be useful to the businessmen of a variety of fields. Small businesses come to find that Merchant Funding is better, practical and useful for them.
